A famous French designer Philippe Starck designed the Asahi Flame and completed it in 1989. The French language calls ‘Flamme d’Or.’ But Asahi Beer named it ‘Golden Flame,’ which represents ‘the burning heart of Asahi Beer.’

Asahi Beer Hall is designed to be above a staircase made of glass blocks, and it was made so that it can be illuminated from behind at night.

a) Restaurant Alaska:

On the 21st floor of Asahi Beer Tower, Alaska, is a formal French restaurant that serves French-style menus. The full name of the restaurant is Restaurant Alaska Azumabashi.

It is a fantastic restaurant with fabulous views of the Sumida River and its surroundings.

b) Mochizuki:

Mochizuki, located on the 21st floor of Asahi Beer Tower, is a beautiful restaurant. It is actually a traditional Japanese restaurant that serves kaiseki-style meals where foreign customers usually go there to taste Japanese-style menus.

c) La Ranarita:

La Ranarita is an Italian restaurant on the 22nd floor of Asahi Beer Tower that mainly serves pizza and pasta dishes. But, of course, it serves Asahi Beer like Asahi Beer Hall.

3) Asahi Annex:

In front of the Asahi Beer Hall, the log-shaped round Annex building looks like an expensive designed beer glass from far, encouraging people to come near to see it closely. Undoubtedly, the person who designed the building mainly for Asahi Craft beer lovers succeeded in its outstanding design.

The first floor of the Annex is a casual bar, and the 2nd floor is a restaurant. But food orders are available in both. The items are costly compared to surrounding places but worth tasting.

The restaurant serves draft beer ( Asahi nama beer), Asahi free beer, and Asahi soft drinks, including steaks, fresh vegetables, rice, seafood, etc. In a word, whether for local or foreign customers, the menus are suitable for all.

Annex serves craft beers. Besides, visitors can taste from the Taster sets and choose the one is they like. It also operates four types of regular beer.

Besides, the first and second floor of the apartment building, River Pier Azumabashi Life Tower, has some good shops, like a massage center, clinic, and Bakery. The TOMTOM Bakery is very famous for its delicious bread.

Imokin, a sweet shop famous in Sumida Ward, specializes in sweets made from sweet potatoes. On the riverside, there is a Club called ATHLETA ATHLETIC CLUB, including Cafe.

Besides, between the highway and the Sumida City Hall line, Katsu’s statue is standing. He is a great hero who saved Tokyo.
